The concept offers a place to live for life, with homes that adapt to the resident and an environment that encourages interaction and social cohesion. The design is based on modularity and flexibility. Homes are built around fixed modules with wet cores, around which the rest of the home can be flexibly arranged and adapted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parametric design is used to efficiently deliver customization within a standardized system. The structure consists of sustainable CLT or HSB frames.
